Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 透明な原稿台と、その原稿台上に載置された原
    稿を走査するために該原稿台の裏面側で該原稿台
    に沿つて移動する走査部材とを備え、該走査部材
    を用いて前記原稿の画像を読み取るか露光する装
    置において、 前記原稿台上の少なくとも所定の検知点をその
    原稿台の裏面側から照射する発光部と、前記検知
    点からの反射光を受光する受光部とからなる原稿
    検知手段と、 前記原稿検知手段による受光部の受光量から検
    知点における原稿の有無を判定する原稿有無判定
    手段とからなり、 前記原稿検知手段を前記走査部材の作動を妨げ
    ない位置に固設したことを特徴とする原稿検知装
    置。
