When removing these coatings, a large amount of asbestos powder is scattered in the air, so extremely strict treatment is required to prevent contamination of not only the workers but also the surrounding environment.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) When removing asbestos coatings, dust-proof work clothes with strict airtightness are used to completely protect workers. On the other hand, in order to prevent environmental pollution, it is required that the work area, for example, the windows and entrances of the target building, be completely isolated from the outside air.

In addition, the conventional method for removing paint films is to remove the paint film using a metal spatula, etc., but in high places such as ceilings and walls, it is necessary to set up scaffolding, and the paint film is removed. Since it is necessary to completely remove the material without leaving any residue, there are problems in that it is very hard work and the work efficiency is very low.

In this embodiment, rotary crushing blades 2 1 , 2 2 and 2 3
is fixed to the inner wall of the cylindrical body 4, and is driven and rotated at high speed by the motor 1 via a belt 5 hooked around a pulley 6 fixed to the cylindrical body 4. High-pressure water is supplied to the water injection nozzle 3 from an external high-pressure water pump (not shown) via a hose 7 connected to the water injection nozzle. Spray some water. At this time,
When the nozzle 3 and the rotary crushing blade 2 are brought close to the ceiling of the building, most of the paint on the ceiling is removed by the high-pressure water jet 8. The coating film remaining without being peeled off is sufficiently crushed and peeled off by the crushing force caused by the contact of the rotary crushing blade 2. The lower end of the cylindrical body 4 is connected to an exhaust pipe 9. A flexible hose 10 is connected to the lower end of the exhaust cylindrical body 9, and the water is strongly sucked and exhausted by a vacuum pump (not shown). The coating film crushed by the rotary crushing blade 2 is carried by the surrounding air flow as shown by the arrow
Since the asbestos is sucked into the asbestos and collected in a dust collector (not shown) through the exhaust pipe 9 and the flexible hose 10, there is no risk that paint film fragments containing asbestos, moisture, etc. will leak out.

The main parts of the apparatus of the present invention have been described above, but in a more preferred embodiment, casters 11 are attached as shown in the first figure in order to improve the movement and workability of the apparatus. For example, the casters 11 make it easy to move the device, and when the height of the ceiling changes, the handle 12 provided on the casters 11 can be rotated to move the water jet device of the present invention along the arrow Y.
When using this device on a side wall surface, loosen the handle 13 and rotate the water jet device in the direction of arrow Z (2).
Dot-dashed line image) Processing may be performed in the same manner as above. Of course,
If the water jet device of the present invention is small, such a caster 11 is unnecessary, and
It can be a handy type.

In the above example, the motor 1 presses the water jet device against the ceiling or wall as described above,
In order to be able to rotate the rotary crushing blade 2, it is preferable to use one having, for example, about 0.5 to 10 horsepower.

Further, it is preferable that the rotary crushing blade 2 has a sharp tip so that the coating film can be peeled off well. Of course, it does not necessarily have to be sharp; for example, when removing a paint film from a relatively soft surface such as a wood surface, it is natural that a soft object such as a wire brush may be used to avoid damaging the surface. . In addition, the rotating crushing blade 2 has three blades 2 in the illustrated example.
1 , 2, 2, and 2, 3 , but the number does not have to be three, and may be one, two, or more, and is not particularly limited.

The cylindrical body 4 is preferably made of metal when the rotary crushing blade 2 is fixed to the cylindrical body 4, but in the example shown in FIG.
Since it is not necessary to fix the cylindrical body 4 to the cylindrical body 4, it may be made of plastic such as hard vinyl chloride resin. The diameter of this cylindrical body 4 changes depending on the size of the rotary crushing blade 2, and is generally a size that matches the rotational diameter of the rotary crushing blade 2, for example, a diameter of about 5 cm to 50 cm. Further, although not shown, the cylindrical body 4 may have a funnel shape with an enlarged upper part, or
The shape of the rotary crushing blade 2 can also be matched to that shape. Of course, the cylindrical body 4 only needs to have a cylindrical shape in the area where the crushing blade 2 rotates, and the lower part thereof may have another shape.

The example in FIG. 3 is a diagram showing the main part of another embodiment. In this example, the rotary crushing blade 2 is not fixed to the cylindrical body 4, but is fixed to the rotating shaft 14 surrounding the water injection nozzle 3. A pulley 6 provided at the end of the rotating shaft 14
The belt 5 enables rotation by the motor 1. This example applies to the first example except for the above points.
The operation is similar to that shown in FIGS.

(Effects) According to the present invention as described above, the paint film is peeled off by spraying high-pressure water onto the wall surface using a water jet nozzle, and at the same time, the parts that are difficult to peel are forcedly peeled off by pressing against the rotating crushing blade.
