  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 高周波電源によつて１次コイルが励磁される昇
    圧トランスと、前記昇圧トランスの一対の２次コ
    イルの高圧側が接続される高周波電極と、前記高
    周波電極の間に設置される、コロナシールドと整
    流器とを多段に接続してなる直流昇圧部とを備え
    、前記昇圧トランスの２次コイルの低圧部に、前
    記高周波電極の電圧のアンバランスを調整するた
    めの可変インダクタンス素子を接続してなるシエ
    ンケル型昇圧回路と、 前記シエンケル型昇圧回路の高電圧ターミナル
    に現れる直流高電圧に含まれるリツプルを検出す
    る検出回路とを備え、 前記検出回路による検出結果にしたがつて、前
    記可変インダクタンス素子のインダクタンスを、
    前記リツプルを減少させるように調整してなる 直流高電圧電源において、 前記可変インダクタンス素子を、少なくとも２
    個のコイルを並設して構成し、各コイルにインダ
    クタンス値を切り換えるための複数のタツプを設
    けるとともに、前記両コイル間の相互インダクタ
    ンスを調整するように、前記コイル間の距離を調
    整自在としてなる 直流高電圧電源。
