1 to 4 show a method and an example of installing a receiving frame in a conventional general construction method. Figure 1 is a cross-sectional view of cast-in-place concrete placed around the outer periphery of a cast-iron manhole cover frame using the conventional construction method, and Figure 2 is a cross-sectional view of a cast-iron manhole cover frame with anchor bolts attached to the cast-in-place manhole side block using the conventional construction method. Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of the fixed part, Figure 3 is a cross-sectional view of the part in Figure 2 where a step has been created between the asphalt pavement and the receiving frame due to heavy vehicles, etc. Figure 4 is the condition shown in Figure 2, where the asphalt has been removed by the claws of a snowplow. This is a cross-sectional view of the pavement being scraped.

At this time, the snowplow operator was hit by the steering wheel and other objects due to the impact of the collision.
