１実施例を示すもので、第１図は容器全体の斜視
図、第２図は折曲部を拡大して示す縦断面図、第
３図は芯板紙の斜視図、第４図はボード材の展開
裏面部、第５図イ〜ハは折曲部の折曲状態を示す
作用説明図、第６図は切欠凹溝の折曲支点の変位
する状態を示す説明図である。また、第７図イ，
ロは本考案の容器の折曲部と従来の容器の折曲部
とを比較して説明するための説明図、第８図イ，
ロ及び第９図イ，ロはそれぞれ従来の容器の折曲
部を形成する切欠凹溝と、その折曲状態を示す図
である。 ａ……容器本体、ｂ……開閉蓋、１１……ボー
ド材、１２……芯板紙、１３，１４……化粧用の
シート材、１５……折曲部、１６……切欠凹溝、
１７……薄肉部。

Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 厚紙製の芯板紙の両面に化粧用のシート材を貼
着して成るボード材の折曲部を折り曲げて形成す
るボード製容器において、 上記芯板紙の内側面に適当な幅および深さの断
面〓状の切欠凹溝を、上記ボード材の折曲部を形
成する箇所に沿つて全長に亘り該設し、該切欠凹
溝および切欠凹溝の底部に形成された薄肉部によ
り上記ボード材の折曲部を構成したことを特徴と
するボード製容器。
