ラホイルを段付形状とした斜視図である。 １……ホツパ、２……スクイイタ、３……左右
一対のシユート、９……ブラシホイル、８……ブ
ラシホイルの回転駆動用モータ、１１……従来技
術の不整列ねじ排除用ブロツクである。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. ねじ等の頭付棒状部品を多数個バラ状態で投入
    し貯えておき、ここからねじをすくい上げて整列
    させ、向きを一定にして供給する頭付棒状部品供
    給装置において、バラ状態でねじを投入し貯える
    ホツパと該ホツパの底部より上下揺動してねじを
    すくい上げるスクイイタ、およびスクイイタより
    ねじの頭部を受けて首吊り状態でねじを整列させ
    る一対のシユートと該シユートの端部上方に不整
    列ねじ排除部材を設けてなる、ねじのすくい機構
    部において、不整列ねじ排除用部材として、樹脂
    または鋼線などの弾性を有する細線をブラシ状に
    束ね、車輪形状に成形したブラシホイルをモータ
    などの駆動源によつて回転させることによつて不
    整列ねじを排除する様構成した頭付棒状部品供給
    装置。
