Claims (1)
- 水槽内に水没状態で横方向に走行可能に配設し
た無端チエーンと、この無端チエーンを間欠走行
させる駆動手段と、前記無端チエーンにその長手
方向に沿つて等間隔にかつ揺動可能に取り付けた
複数の型出豆腐搬送用パレツトと、水面に近い無
端チエーンの往路側パレツトを水平に案内するガ
イド部材と、前記ガイド部材に案内されたパレツ
ト上の型出豆腐を切断部側へ押し込む押込装置と
を備えたことを特徴とする豆腐移送装置。
