本発明は押釦により側周に平坦面を有する複数
の回転カムと該回転カムに係合自在に挿嵌した文
字回転体とを回転させ、各文字回転体の表示番号
と暗誦番号との一致、不一致により施解錠板の解
錠方向への摺動を可能にしたり、不可能にする純
機械的に作動する番号式防犯ロツクにおいて、施
解錠を施解錠板と、該施解錠板に成形した係合突
片と係合する係合片を付設した施解錠操作板とで
行い、施解錠板の施解錠方向への摺動作動を施解
錠板基部に設けた扇形状切欠と、該切欠に嵌入す
る突起を成形した回転板とを、該回転板に基部を
固定した施解錠軸の先端部の施解錠摘まみを回す
ことにより行い、前記施解錠操作板をスプリング
により常に番号式防犯ロツク本体の先端内面に弾
圧して当接するようにし、各文字回転体の表示番
号を暗誦番号と合致させ、解錠時には各回転カム
の揃つた平坦面を介して施解錠操作板の摺動移行
を可能とし、施解錠摘まみを解錠方向に回すこと
により、施解錠板と施解錠操作板とが解錠方向に
摺動移行すると共に、施解錠操作板に付設した係
合片を裏蓋内面に突設した突起と係合し、前記係
合突片との係合を解き、施解錠操作板のみを前記
スプリングにより該防犯ロツク本体の先端内面方
向に摺動移行し、施錠時においても、各文字回転
体の表示番号を暗誦番号と合致させたまま、施解
錠摘まみを施錠方向に回すことにより、施解錠板
は施錠方向に摺動移行し、それに伴つて前記スプ
リングにより番号式防犯ロツク本体の先端方向に
弾圧され、静止している施解錠操作板に付設した
係合片は施解錠板の係合突片と係合し、表示番号
を暗誦番号以外にして施錠を完了し、このときラ
ツチの当接による弾圧を施解錠板の扇形切欠と突
起を有する回転板を介して施解錠軸で受け、施解
錠操作板が回転カムと文字回転体とに当接しない
ようにし、解錠時はもちろん、施錠時においても
文字回転装置に圧力をかけることなく施解錠か可
能な番号式防犯ロツクにおける施解錠装置に関す
るものである。従来、この種防犯ロツクの施解錠
装置として、本件出願人の発明に係る特開昭59−
141673号公報(特公平3−20553号公報)等があ
り、該発明では防犯ロツクの施解錠は、複雑な構
成のストツパー38、(以下、かつこ書で示す参
照符号は特開昭59−141673号公報におけるもので
ある。)により係合された施錠板13と解錠板1
9を施錠レバー14と解錠レバー20とを操作し
て摺動させ、施錠板13先端の施錠杆33を、施
錠レバー14を操作しての前記施錠板13の摺動
により増巾レバー18を介して摺動させ、施解錠
レバー14,20の摺動操作による夫々施解錠板

感じた次第である。而も前記のように施解錠機構
が複雑で、機構が複雑な分だけコスト高に付くと
共に、故障の原因ともなる難点を存するものであ

(先端方向)に摺動さて、係合片25の先端部2

は当接せず、該押圧力が文字回転装置部4bに
かゝることはないものである。次に、解錠時には
施解錠摘まみ15を解錠方向(矢印D)に回す
と、回転板11の突起13は扇形切欠8内を第4
図逆方向に移動し、施解錠板1を解錠方向(基端
方向)に摺動させるが、前記施解錠板1と一体と
なつた施解錠操作板19も同様に摺動させるこ
とゝなり、押釦33を押すことにより各文字回転
体6を表示番号文字6aが暗誦番号と一致されて
いると、各回転カム5の公知平坦面が施解錠操作
板19面に揃い、施解錠操作板19の施解錠片2

回転カムの細径部に挿嵌した回転カムと係合自在
の文字回転体との各組の回転カムと文字回転体が
嵌入する貫通孔を穿設した施解錠操作板と、該操
作板の下面を摺動し、先端にラツチを固定する施
解錠板とから成り、該文字回転体の側面に成形し
た多稜星部を押圧突起、支持突起、支持突面を
夫々上向中空部内面に成形した押釦部により回転
させ、各文字回転体の表示番号が予め設定した暗
誦番号と合致すれば各回転カムの平坦面が揃い、
前記施解錠操作板下面を施解錠板が解錠方向へ摺
動することを可能とし、該番号が暗誦番号と合致
しないとき、各回転カムの平坦面が揃わず、該摺
動を不可能とする番号式防犯ロツクにおいて、施
解錠操作板に係合片を設け、該係合片と係合する
係合突片を前記施解錠板に付設し、番号式防犯ロ
ツク本体の裏蓋に解錠時に係合片と当接する該係
合片と係合突片との係合を解除する突起を設け、
該施解錠板の基部に扇形状切欠を設け、該切欠に
嵌入する突起を形成した回転板を設け、該回転板
を該番号式防犯ロツク本体に回転自在とする施解
錠軸を回転板にその基部を固定して設け、該施解
錠軸の先端部に施解錠摘まみを挿嵌設備し、前記
回転板にスプリング係止片を突設し、該係止片と
防犯ロツク本体との間に常に回転板を施解錠板の
施錠状態に保持するスプリングを設け、施解錠操
作板先端の一側にスプリング受けを突出して設
け、番号式防犯ロツク本体の先端部側内面に成形
したスプリング嵌入溝内に、該嵌入溝の後端内面
と前記スプリング受けとの間に介在するスプリン
グを設けたことを特徴とする番号式防犯ロツクに
