    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 便器と、該便器側にヒンジピンを介して回動可
    能に保持され前記便器上に載置可能な便座とを有
    する衛生装置において、前記便座に形成され前記
    便座を前記ヒンジピンに一体回動可能に支持する
    と共に前記便座の載置状態において前記便座を前
    記ヒンジピンに対して上下動可能に支持する上下
    方向に延在した長穴形状を呈するヒンジ穴と、前
    記ヒンジピンと前記ヒンジ穴との間に配設され前
    記便座の載置状態において前記便座を上方向に常
    時付勢する付勢部材とを有する衛生装置。
