Claims (1)
- レーザー装置から入射するレーザー光線の入射
角を連続的に変化させ、レーザービームの光軸を
回転させる石英ガラスよりなる円板と、該円板を
回転駆動するモータと、一方向の光軸のみを収束
させる収束レンズと、該収束レンズからのレーザ
ー光のスキヤン幅を設定するレンズとを具備して
なることを特徴とするレーザービームスキヤン装
置。
