Claims (1)
- 発光素子の出射光が入射する第１の偏光分離素
子と、４５度偏光方向を回転する第１のフアラデ
ー回転子と、前記第１の偏光分離素子に対して光
学軸を４５度回転して配置した第２の偏光分離素
子と、４５度偏光方向を回転する第２のフアラデ
ー回転子と、前記第２の偏光分離素子に対して光
学軸を４５度回転して配置した第３の偏光分離素
子と、前記第１と第２のフアラデー回転子に磁場
を与える磁石よりなる光アイソレータにおいて、
前記第１と第３の偏光分離素子として複屈折性の
平行平板を用い、前記第２の偏光分離素子として
特定方向の偏光のみ透過し他を反射除去する偏光
ビームスプリツターを用いたことを特徴とする光
アイソレータ。
