Claims (1)
- 通電により点灯する光源と、この光源の発光量
を検知する光量検知器と、この光量検知器の出力
信号により前記光源への通電を制御する光量制御
手段とを有する露光用照明装置において、前記光
源の通電量が所定の値以上になつたことを検出す
る検出手段と、この検出手段の検出結果により前
記光源の寿命が近づいたことを表示する表示部と
を備えたことを特徴とする露光用照明装置。
