ンサ素子の保持装置において、該把持部材を導電
性の材料でつくつて該把持部材を該電極板と電気
的に接続し、該本体には該対の把持部材の間に該
把持部材を回動させる操作ロツドを可動可能に設
け、該正の電極板と該導電体及び把持部材との間
に定電流回路を接続したことを特徴とするコンデ
