- 基板上に載置された半導体素子と、この半導体
素子を覆うように構成された外囲器と、この外囲
器内に設けられた圧電フアン及び温度センサと、
この温度センサからの信号をもとに前記圧電フア
ンを制御する制御回路とを具備することを特徴と
した半導体装置。
