管と、前記接続手段に先端取付部を止着した状態
で素子管内を直延し基端部に導線ターミナルを備
えた黒鉛質の素子棒と、前記素子管および素子棒
の基端部位を被包保持する水冷ジヤケツトとから
なる熱電対において、素子棒を熱膨張係数が3×
10−6/℃以下の黒鉛材料で構成し、かつ素子
管の接続手段と素子棒の先端取付部とを多孔質カ
ーボン接合層を介して固定した構造を備えるガラ
