After reducing the pressure inside the non-breathable bag 4 through the opening 5, the bag is heat sealed. This non-breathable bag 4
is made from a laminate film of plastic and metal. Next, the operation of the above conventional example will be explained. The filling material 2 placed in the inner bag 3 is placed in a non-breathable bag 4, and the non-breathable bag 4 is placed in a decompression chamber and the entire pressure is reduced. However, at this stage the non-breathable bag 4 has an opening 5 and a filling material 2
The air held by the space inside the inner bag 3 facing the opening 5
It ventilates the short side 6 of and goes outside. When a predetermined degree of vacuum is reached, the opening 5 is heat-sealed to form a heat-sealed bag 8. However, in the above conventional example, the inner bag 3 that has been filled with the filler 2 and sealed is placed into the non-breathable bag 4, which takes time and effort twice.
The disadvantage was that it took a lot of man-hours to make.

At the same time as melting and gluing,
The filler is sealed with a sealant.

It is installed after filling. Further, the sealing material 10 has a fin 9 that is thinner than the thickness A of the filling material 2, and is located on the end side of the opening 5 of the non-breathable bag 4.
次に上記実施例の作用について説明する。 Next, the operation of the above embodiment will be explained.

部の品質が安定する。 Even if the filling material 2 placed directly in the non-breathable bag 4 having the opening 5 tries to move toward the opening during depressurization, it will stop midway through the sealing material 10 and the air will come out without passing through, and the degree of depressurization will not be achieved. It's easy. Furthermore, since the fin 9 of the non-breathable bag 4 is located at the opening 5 when the predetermined degree of decompression is reached, the opening 5
The heat generated during heat sealing melts the fins 9, and the opening 5 is adhered to form a complete seal 7, thereby maintaining the degree of vacuum inside the non-breathable bag 4. Therefore, unlike in the past, an inner bag is not required, and the conventional process can be improved. Furthermore, since no adhesive is required to seal the opening 5, the quality of the sealed portion is stabilized.

By melting the fins during heat sealing at the opening of a non-breathable bag, the seal at the opening becomes firm, preventing a drop in the degree of vacuum, and improving the quality of the sealed part by not using adhesive. be.
