Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 着用者の肌に接する透水性のトプシートと、
    該トツプシートの反対側に位置する不透水性のバ
    ツクシートと、該両シートの間に介在する吸水性
    のコアとからなるパンツ本体の、腹当ての部の両
    側部と腰当て部の両側部をそれぞれ接着して、上
    方に開口部と下方左右にそれぞれ脚穴部とを形成
    して、一体化した使い捨てパンツ式紙おむつにお
    いて、前記パンツ本体の外側に位置して該開口部
    付近から該脚穴部付近に至る下方開放のポケツト
    用の伸縮性素材を備えていることを特徴とする使
    い捨ておむつ。 ２ 伸縮性素材の上方がパンツ本体に対して開放
    になつている請求項１記載の使い捨ておむつ。 ３ 伸縮性素材の上方がパンツ本体に対して接合
    されている請求項１記載の使い捨ておむつ。
