パイプ9の下端部に嵌合すべく上面に大小のピツ
ト13,14を備えた保温装置、15は大ピツト
13に内蔵された温度調節付きヒータ、16,1
7は小ピツト14に内蔵された集水盤と蒸発皿で

に通電して所定温度に加熱保持する(第6図参
照)。すると、醗酵槽8内のレモンAは加熱保持
されて醗酵菌の作用により醗酵を開始する。醗酵
作用により発生する蒸気は連通路5を通つて導入
パイプ9内に導入され、次第に冷却されて水滴と
なり、集水盤16を介して蒸発皿17内に収容さ
れる。レモンAの醗酵が完了すると、醗酵槽8及
び導入パイプ9を保温装置12より取外す。そし
て、醗酵槽8及び導入パイプ9の下部を湯中に浸
漬せしめ、掛止片2を浴槽18の上端縁に掛止め
したのち、入浴する(第7図参照)。入浴に伴つ
て浴槽18内の水位が次第に上昇し、湯は導入パ
イプ9より連通路5を通つて醗酵槽8内に流入す
るため、醗酵槽8と浴槽18を湯を介して連通す
る。すると、醗酵槽8内の醗酵液は次第に湯を媒
体として徐々に導入パイプ9より浴槽18内に溢

る装置はレモン浴の生成に好適であり、レモンの
新しい用途として需要を著しく拡大せしめること
ができるものであつて、ひいては、農業政策的な
見地からも極めて評価し得るものである。
