合面には各孔と間隔を持つて隣り合う孔間に単一
の溝を有して各孔を包囲した一連の窪み溝を形成
し、窪み溝には窪み溝と略同形状で弾性体から成
る一連のシール部材を挿入して設けて成る液体制
