該センターヒートポンプユニツトの熱媒体熱交換
器と該端末ヒートポンプユニツトの熱媒体熱交換
器との間で熱媒体を循環させるようにした冷暖房
システムにおいて、 前記センターヒートポンプユニツトの熱媒体熱
交換器の出口側に熱媒体温度検出手段を設け、 該熱媒体温度検出手段によつて検出された熱媒
体の温度が、冷房運転では所定温度以上、暖房運
転では所定温度以下に達したとき、複数の端末ヒ
ートポンプユニツトのうち運転休止中の端末ヒー
トポンプユニツトを、運転中の端末ヒートポンプ
ユニツトに対し逆の運転モードで強制的に運転さ
せる運転制御手段を設けた ことを特徴とする冷暖房システム。 (2) 各端末ヒートポンプユニツトに対応して換
気装置を設け、強制的に運転された端末ヒートポ
ンプユニツトとともに該換気装置を強制的に運転
させる換気制御手段を設けた ことを特徴とする請求項(1)記載の冷暖房システ
