操作により開閉する塞ぎ板４ａ，４ｂを設けると
ともに、この通風部３の下方に通風路８を設けて

配設された乾燥装置１２とがあり、この乾燥装置
１２に複数本の吹出しダクト１５を設け、これら
の吹出しダクト１５を、上記通風路８に接続自在
