    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. シリンダと、このシリンダ内で往復摺動するデ
    イスプレーサと、前記シリンダの外周に取付けら
    れて負荷を接続するヒートステーシヨンとを備え
    た極低温冷凍機において、前記ヒートステーシヨ
    ンは分割されたリング片で形成され、かつ、この
    リング片には端部にボルトで締め付け固定する取
    付部が設けられていることを特徴とする極低温冷
    凍機。
