基板面と平行な平面に沿つてＸ−Ｙ方向に移動す
る可動部を有し、同可動部に上記被検査回路基板
の測定部位に電気的に接触するプローブピンを設
けてなる回路基板検査装置において、 上記被検査回路基板の他方の面側にピンボード
を配置し、同ピンボードに電解コンデンサの極性
を判別する極性判別用プローブピンを植設したこ
とを特徴とする回路基板検査装置。 (2) 上記ピンボードは電気絶縁性の多孔板から
なり、上記極性判別用プローブピンは筒状をなす
プローブポストを介して同ピンボードの孔に植設
される請求項１に記載の回路基板検査装置。 (3) 上記プローブポストの下端に、同ポストの
軸線から偏心した位置に上記ピンボードに対する
取付孔を有する基部を設けてなる請求項２に記載
