Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 被検査回路基板と平行な平面に沿つてＸ−Ｙ方
    向に移動する可動部を有し、同可動部に上記被検
    査回路基板の測定部位に電気的に接触するプロー
    ブピンをピン駆動手段を介して進退動可能に設け
    てなる回路基板検査装置において、 上記ピン駆動手段は上記可動部側に取付けられ
    る基板を有し、同基板には上記プローブピンの進
    退方向と平行に配向された固定ラツクと、上記プ
    ローブピンの進退方向と平行な方向に沿つて摺動
    する可動ラツクを含む摺動体と、上記固定ラツク
    と上記可動ラツクの双方に噛み合うようにそれら
    の間に配置されたピニオンと、同ピニオンを上記
    プローブピンの進退方向と平行な方向に沿つて往
    復動させるシリンダとが設けられており、上記摺
    動体に上記プローブピンを保持させてなることを
    特徴とする回路基板検査装置。
