シブル基板と、前記回路ブロツク及びフレキシブ
ル基板を電気的に導通させながら平面的に重ねて
時計の地板、受等の基材に支持固定するねじ等の
締結手段とを有し、リードパターンが形成された
前記フレキシブル基板の一部が、時計を構成する
他の電子部材又は基板に対し、ねじ等の締結手段
を介して電気的導通をとりながら支持固定される
