経過後においては上記所定の制御利得でそれぞれ
フイードバツク制御を行なわしめる一方、上記変
化率が上記設定値より小さい時には上記所定期間
経過後においてのみ上記所定の制御利得によるフ
イードバツク制御を行わしめる制御手段とを備え
たことを特徴とするエンジンのアイドル回転数制
