  1. シリンダチユーブ1の周面には保持枠7を嵌め
    合わせると共に、シリンダチユーブ1の周面の両
    端部にはピストン4のストローク方向に対する保
    持枠7のスライドを阻止する位置規制体2,3を
    止着し、保持枠7の外面には取り付け溝7cを前
    記ストローク方向に沿つて設けると共に、この取
    り付け溝7c内には位置検出器8,9をスライド
    可能に嵌入装着したことを特徴とするピストン位
    置検出器の取り付け構造。
