- 真空もしくは真空積層断熱を施した極低温冷媒
移送配管を機器間に配管接続する構造においで、
機器間に上記移送配管を中継する中間接続ボツク
スを回動可能に設けたことを特徴とする極低温冷
媒移送配管。
