の異なる成形品を圧造する場合におけるパンチの
進退動作に同期した素材移送用チヤツクの開閉期

Claims (1)
圧造ステーシヨンと、これらの各圧造ステーシヨ
ンの並び方向に往復動して素材を各圧造ステーシ
ヨンへ順次移送する複数の素材移送用チヤツクと
を有する多段式圧造成形機の素材移送装置であつ
て、上記パンチの進退動作に同期して回転するカ
ム軸と、該カム軸に上記各素材移送用チヤツクに
それぞれ対応させて設けられた各一対の開閉用カ
ム部材と、これらの各開閉用カム部材の回転に伴
つて従動することにより上記各素材移送用チヤツ
クを開閉させる複数の従動部材とが備えられて、
上記カム軸が従動部材より離反する方向に平行移
動可能とされ、且つ上記一対の開閉用カム部材が
カム軸に対して個々に位相調整可能とされている
と共に、上記各一対の開閉用カム部材に該カム部
材と一体回転するように固設されたギヤ部材と、
上記カム軸の従動部材より離反する方向への移動
に伴つて上記ギヤ部材に係合する駆動ギヤと、該
駆動ギヤを回転させることにより上記一対の開閉
用カム部材の位相を変化させる回転操作手段と、
上記カム軸における各一対の開閉用カム部材をカ
ム軸に固定する固定手段とが備えられていること
を特徴とする多段式圧造成形機の素材移送装置。 (2) 相対向するダイとパンチとを備えた複数の
圧造ステーシヨンと、これらの各圧造ステーシヨ
ンの並び方向に往復通して素材を各圧造ステーシ
ヨンへ順次移送する複数の素材移送用チヤツクと
を有する多段式圧造成形機の素材移送装置であつ
て、上記パンチの進退動作に同期して回転するカ
ム軸と、該カム軸に上記各素材移送用チヤツクに
それぞれ対応させて設けられた各一対の開閉用カ
ム部材と、これらの各開閉用カム部材の回転に伴
つて従動することにより上記各素材移送用チヤツ
クを開閉させる複数の従動部材とが備えられて、
上記カム軸が従動部材より離反する方向に平行移
動可能とされ、且つ上記一対の開閉用カム部材が
カム軸に対して個々に位相調整可能とされている
と共に、上記各一対の開閉用カム部材に該カム部
材と一体回転するように固設されたギヤ部材と、
上記カム軸の従動部材より離反する方向への移動
に伴つて上記ギヤ部材に係合する駆動ギヤと、該
駆動ギヤを回転させることにより上記一対の開閉
用カム部材の位相を変化させる駆動モータと、上
記各素材移送用チヤツクの開閉期間が圧造しよう
とする成形品の軸長に応じて予め設定された所定
の期間となるように駆動ギヤを回転すべく上記駆
動モータの作動を制御する制御手段と、上記カム
軸における各一対の開閉用カム部材をカム軸に固
定する固定手段とが備えられていることを特徴と
する多段式圧造成形機の素材移送装置。 (3) 固定手段が、カム軸における各一対の開閉
用カム部材の側部にそれぞれ固設されたシリンダ
と、これらの各シリンダ内に、カム軸と一体回転
し、且つ該カム軸の軸心方向に摺動可能に内挿さ
れて各一対のカム部材をカム軸に締結するピスト
ンとから構成されていることを特徴とする実用新
