Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a drug which has both adsorption of a smell component, and a perfume and high safety to a human body and suction and discharge properties by a method wherein a perfume is added to granules having absorbing and discharging properties and formed of activated and deodorized bamboo. CONSTITUTION:Granules having absorbing and discharging properties is formed of activated and deodorized bamboo, and a perfume is added to the granules having absorbing and discharging properties. The granules of bamboo are manufactured such that bamboo activated by steam is immersed in water in which semiactivated oxygen is dissolved by magnetic treatment and is dehydrated for drying. In this case, response of oxygen semiactivated by magnetic treatment is slightly improved, and a fair amount of oxygen can be dissolved in water in a state to exceed an oxygen saturating amount at an ordinary temperature and an atmospheric pressure, and the dissolved oxygen causes a smell component to be apt to dissolve in water. Thus, bamboo having water in which the smell component is dissolved and which is dehydrated and dried losses the smell of bamboo itself, but a new perfume agent is held in texture of a porous bamboo. A slight bamboo smell can be left as it is, and granules having absorbing and discharging properties and a perfume compensated for monotone of the smell of an artificial perfume can be produced.

On the other hand, natural fragrances or artificial fragrances are used as fragrances to combat everyday odors or as fragrances added to clothing, food, and other daily necessities. This artificial fragrance has a weak fragrance compared to natural fragrances, and also has the disadvantage that it tends to give off a strange odor when mixed with other fragrances.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, in the conventional technology, there is no one that has both odor component adsorption properties and aromatic properties, and that each function effectively, and that is highly safe for the human body. There is a problem that there is no releasable drug, and it has been an issue to solve this problem as soon as possible.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention comprises an absorbent-release powder made from activated and deodorized bamboo, and also adds a fragrance to the absorbent-release powder. Bamboo activated by water vapor is immersed in water that forms the granules and semi-activated oxygen is dissolved therein by passing through a magnetic field, and then dried to produce absorptive and granular granules. This method adopted a method to do so.

In this case, the reactivity of the oxygen semi-activated by the magnetic treatment is slightly increased, and an equivalent amount of N can be dissolved in the water, exceeding the oxygen saturation amount at room temperature and pressure, and this dissolved oxygen is absorbed into the bamboo tissue described above. It is presumed that it acts on the retained odor components and makes it easier to elute these odor components into water.

Therefore, bamboo that has been dehydrated and dried from the water in which these odor components have been eluted will lose its own odor, but instead of the odor components of bamboo itself, a new aromatic agent will be retained between the porous bamboo structures. It is assumed that the

In addition, when performing such deodorizing treatment, it is possible to leave a slight bamboo odor, and by effectively utilizing the bamboo odor, which is said to have a calming effect on the nervous system, and adding other fragrances, It is possible to obtain absorbing and releasing powder particles that have an aromatic property that compensates for the monotony of the scent of artificial fragrances.

In this case, the activated bamboo used as the material is Meng-Song bamboo and other types of bamboo without limitation, and the steam temperature is 80~tso'c.
It is steamed using high-pressure steam, then dried and pulverized to form powder (average particle size 0.5n to 4n). As such a granular material, a carbonized material (for example, Kiyora manufactured by Takeizumi Sangyo Co., Ltd.) can be used.

This activated bamboo still retains the smell of bamboo.
In order to remove this odor, deodorizing treatment is performed in the following manner. That is, air that has passed through an air magnetizer (manufactured by Chuo Neki Co., Ltd.: Air Magnetizer Type A) is aerated into water, and then activated bamboo powder is immersed in this water. The powder is dehydrated and further heated to dry it. The above-mentioned air magnetizer combines multiple permanent magnets to form a magnetic field of about 7,200 Gauss inside, and narrows the wave path in this strong magnetic field to pass air at high speed to reduce the amount of particles contained in the air. The electrons in oxygen molecules are activated to semi-activate molecular oxygen.

Experimental example: In order to deodorize fine bamboo powder (manufactured by Takeizumi Sangyo Co., Ltd.; Kiyora) with an average particle size of 0.5 m activated by water vapor, an air magnetizer (manufactured by Chuo Neki Co., Ltd.: Air Magnetizer Type A) was used. ) 5 kg of the fine bamboo powder described above was added to 100 liters of water containing 9.6 g/l (oxygen saturation at the same temperature of 7.99 ■/1) of oxygen semi-activated at a water temperature of 26° C. for 24 hours. The sample was immersed for an hour, and then filtered to remove moisture and dried with hot air at 200°C for 60 minutes.

In order to confirm the deodorizing properties of the absorptive powder and granules thus obtained, a 10-fold diluted solution of reagent special grade ammonia water (0.41) and a sample were placed in a polycarbonate desiccator (total internal volume: 18 liters). After sealing, store in a dryer for 10 minutes.
Maintain the temperature at 5℃ for 15 minutes, 25 minutes, and 35 minutes, respectively.
Leave to stand for 50 minutes to evaporate the ammonia aqueous solution. Then, it was taken out from the dryer, and the residual ammonia concentration was measured by the detection tube method.

Table 1 As is clear from Table 1, the absorptive powder adsorbs ammonia better than the other sample deodorizers A and B per unit weight, and eliminates amine-based odors. It was assumed that the same would apply to Similar results were also obtained for the absorptive powder after being left at room temperature for one month.

Further, 200 g of the absorbing/releasing powder described above and 10 g of a fragrance aqueous solution (manufactured by Taiyo Kogyo Co., Ltd.: Fragran EGC-1) were mixed with the above-mentioned water 1001 in which semi-activated oxygen was dissolved, and then air-dried for 24 hours. Similar results were obtained when the product was left indoors for one month, and it was found that the product had an aroma that was a mixture of the added scent and the faint scent of bamboo.
