TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an improvement of a welding device having a large number of welding condition setting items. BACKGROUND ART Conventionally, in a welding apparatus having many setting items for welding conditions, a condition setting device, for example, a variable resistor, has been provided for each of these items. However, as the welding equipment has more functions, the number of setting items for these items also increases, and if setting devices are provided for all of these items, the operation panel will become very large and the setting operations will be complicated. In addition, the risk of erroneous settings or forgotten settings increases. Furthermore, the number of lead-out lines from each setting device increased, causing problems such as an increase in the number of failures of the device itself. In order to solve these problems, we developed a method that uses a combination of an item selection switch and a set of numeric keys to sequentially set each item and memorize the set values, which are read out during welding and used as welding condition signals. A device has been proposed. FIG. 1 is a front view showing an example of a welding condition setting section of such an apparatus. In the same figure, 7
1 is a rotary switch for selecting setting items, for example, as shown in the diagram, W1: material,
W2: wire diameter, G: shielding gas component, A:
welding current, V: welding voltage, L: oscillation width,
T: oscillation period, S: welding speed, etc. are defined so that they can be set. Numeral keys 72 are used to set welding conditions, and 73 is a data input key that is pressed to store the welding conditions. In the example shown in the figure, the rotary switch 71 is used to select the welding condition item to be set, and the data input key 73 is pressed.
By pressing the numeric key 72 while pressing , welding conditions are entered and memorized for each item. In such a conventional device, it is not necessary to provide a variable resistor for each item, but it requires a large number of stages of switches for selecting items, and there is a limit to the rotary switch as shown. Of course, if you change this rotary switch to a thumb rotary switch with a numerical display, there will be no limit to the number of stages, but in this case, the items set at each stage of the switch will be just numbers, so it will be difficult to specify the specific content. becomes unclear, and a comparison table of switch numbers and setting items is required for setting, which significantly impedes operability and is impractical. Furthermore, no matter which switch is used, each item is set as completely independent data, so every time the welding conditions are changed, it is necessary to set the conditions for all items again, and it is necessary to set the conditions separately. Since it is necessary to input data in comparison with a prescribed welding condition table, misreading and incorrect settings are inevitable, resulting in poor operability and reproducibility. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a welding data storage unit that stores in advance welding condition setting items and a group of welding condition data corresponding to each setting item, and also provides currently set setting items and welding condition data. The combination is displayed on the display to eliminate the structural limitations of the conventional device, and the setting items such as wire material, shielding gas composition, welding current, and welding voltage are sequentially read out using the item changeover command switch. The welding condition data change command switch sequentially reads out the welding condition data for each item at that time, for example, for the wire material item, mild steel, aluminum, stainless steel, etc., and when the item is welding current, the specific current value. Switch to the next item when the value is appropriate, temporarily store the previous data, and register the selected welding conditions as output data when you have finished selecting the welding conditions for all items. It is used to memorize and determine the output of the welding machine. With this configuration, the welding conditions to be set can be set sequentially and reliably without omission. In addition, when welding condition setting items are specified, it is possible to first read out the welding condition data that is stored in advance and is suitable for each specified item, so even if you do not have a welding condition table at hand, you can use standard welding conditions. It is something that can be easily obtained. Embodiment FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram showing an embodiment of the welding apparatus of the present invention. In the figure, 1 is a welding data storage unit that stores combinations of welding condition setting items and corresponding welding condition data, and 2 is an operation unit for setting welding conditions, an example of which is shown in FIG. As shown, a setting item changeover command switch 21, a welding condition data changeover command switch 22, a registration command switch 23, a numerical key 24 for modifying welding condition data,
Standard welding condition automatic selection switch 25 that switches whether welding conditions are set internally or individually.
It consists of Here, the numeric keys 24 can be replaced by thumbwheel switches of the required number of digits.
3 is an output data storage section for storing selected welding condition data, and 4 is a display section for displaying the welding conditions together with other messages. It is convenient to provide these sections near the operating section 2. Reference numeral 5 denotes a welding machine main body, which normally consists of a welding power supply section or, in a consumable electrode type arc welding machine, a combination of a welding power supply section and a wire feeding section. Reference numeral 6 denotes a central processing section, which reads and modifies the stored contents from the welding data storage section 1, writes and reads data to the output data storage section 3, transfers output data to the welding machine main body 5, and displays the display section 4.
It is used to convey the display contents to the users. Here, the welding data storage section 1 stores welding condition items and welding condition data corresponding thereto, as shown in Table 1 as an example.

[Table] Next, the procedure for setting welding conditions will be explained using Table 1. First, when the setting item changeover switch 21 of the operation section 2 is pressed, the first
The characters "wire material" in the setting item are read, and one of the corresponding welding condition data "mild steel" is read out, and the characters "wire material = mild steel" are displayed on the display section 4. Here, if the welding condition data for this wire material item is mild steel as shown, the setting item changeover command switch 21
When is pressed, the next setting item is read out, and the combination of these, ie, "wire material=mild steel" is temporarily stored in the central processing unit 6. If the wire material is a different material, pressing the welding condition data changeover command switch 22 once will read out the next welding condition data "Stainless steel 1" stored in Table 1 and display it as "Wire material = Stainless steel 1". Become. Furthermore, each time the data change command switch 22 is pressed, the display changes to "stainless steel 2", "aluminum 1", "aluminum 2", "high tensile steel".
When the stored data is exhausted, it returns to the first "mild steel". When the setting item changeover command switch 21 is pressed when the desired display is displayed in this way, the combination of the setting item and data that was read immediately before is temporarily stored in the central processing unit, and the setting item is changed to the next one. If the value is "wire diameter" and the welding condition data at that time is stored as shown in Table 1, "0.8" is read out and "wire diameter = 0.8 mm" is displayed on the display.
In the same way as when selecting the wire material, if you press the data changeover command switch 22 and press the setting item changeover command switch 21 according to the wire diameter to be used, the wire diameter at that time is stored in addition to the previous wire material data. The display changes to "Shield gas = Ar". If it is desired to select a gas other than Ar, the data switching command switch 22 is used to switch the gas. Next, when the setting item changeover switch 21 is pressed, the gas component data is memorized and "Pulse current I P =270A" is displayed. In this way, setting item switching command switch 2
1 and the data changeover switch 22, the welding conditions are selected in the order of "pulse width" and "base current", and the data selected each time is temporarily stored in the central processing section 6. When the registration command switch 23 is pressed after selecting welding condition data for all the setting items, the combination of these setting items and welding condition data temporarily stored in the central processing section is sent from the central processing section 6 to the output data storage section 3. is transferred and stored. During welding, the data stored in this output data storage section is read out and data such as pulse current, pulse width, pace current, etc. is transmitted to the welding machine main body 6 as an output setting signal. Here, the welding condition data for each item may be determined based on the welding condition data of the previously selected item. For example, if aluminum is selected as the welding condition data for the wire material item, the welding condition data for the shielding gas item is only argon gas (Ar), and if the wire material is mild steel (Ar + 20% CO 2 ) is usually selected.
Furthermore, when the wire material is mild steel and its diameter is 1.2 mm, it has been experimentally found that welding is possible with a pulse current of 420 A, a pulse width of 1.2 ms, and a pace current of 30 A. Therefore, if all of these welding conditions are read out in order from the topmost value in Table 1, it not only takes time to set the welding conditions, but also creates the possibility of erroneous settings. Therefore, in the present invention, the storage contents of the welding data storage section 1 are different from the data in Table 1, and the welding condition data for each item is combined with a welding condition table obtained from a combination of data suitable for actual welding. Remember.
When reading, the table is read out from the table corresponding to the welding condition of the previously set item. Table 2 is an example of this, where a welding condition setting item and a combination of welding condition data determined for each welding condition setting item are considered as one record, and a welding condition file consisting of setting items and welding condition data is constructed. There is.

[Table] By doing this, even if the operator does not have a welding condition table at hand, it becomes possible to read out the standard welding conditions stored in the welding data storage section 1 in advance. Of course, if it is necessary to change the data read out in this way, the data can be corrected by operating each switch on the operating section 2 in the manner described above. In this case, the characters and data characters of each setting item are coded, this code is stored in the welding data storage unit 1, and when displayed and output, this code is reconverted to the original character and output. If this method is used, the storage capacity will be small. In addition, when the display section 4 is installed in a remote control box or the operation panel of a welding power source, and when there is not much space available for the display section, a liquid crystal display that displays within a few lines is used. Items and welding condition data for the items may be displayed. In addition, if you have a relatively large space, it is convenient to use a large display that displays multiple setting items, preferably all setting items, and the corresponding welding condition data on one screen, making it convenient to compare and examine the overall welding conditions. It is. In this case, operability will be further improved if a cursor is displayed on the part of the welding condition data to be corrected to enable correction input. Of course, even when using a display that displays within a few lines, it is more convenient to read out and display mutually related items at the same time, such as wire material and wire diameter, welding current and welding voltage. Needless to say. In addition, welding condition data such as welding current and welding voltage have a wide range of set values, from the minimum to maximum output of the welding power source used, so when changing from the memorized standard data, the next value is automatically set. If the image is displayed in a fixed manner, many correction operations will be required. Therefore, the operation of the central processing section may be determined so that when the welding condition data changeover command switch 22 is pressed, the current data disappears and the data section becomes blank, and input is made into that section using the numeric keys 24. These numeric keys can also be used for things that can be expressed numerically, such as data related to wire diameters, and for other items, the numbers and their meanings can also be memorized and displayed on the display, for example.

[Table] If you display it with an explanatory text like
When changing to +20% CO 2 , the data can be corrected by simply inputting "3" using the numeric keys. Note that the data regarding welding current and welding voltage, which are the welding condition data that should be specified to actually control the welding machine, can be changed once other welding conditions, such as wire material, wire diameter, and shielding gas, are determined. Since the above welding conditions suitable for the above are obtained as shown in Table 2, the welding conditions in Table 2 stored in advance can be read out and immediately output as output data without having to individually select the welding conditions thereafter. If the data is transmitted to the output data storage section 3, the operation becomes simple. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 3, a changeover switch 25 for automatic selection of standard welding conditions is provided to switch the selection of welding conditions between standard and individual. When the registration command switch 23 is pressed at the time when the setting is made, the subsequent welding condition data is immediately read from Table 2, which is stored in advance for each item, and is stored in the output data and output data storage section 3. When the selector switch 25 is set individually, all conditions are selected and stored by the above-described operation. When selecting the above-mentioned welding conditions, if there is data in the output data storage section 3, the first data is read out and displayed; if there is no data in the output data storage section 3, the first data in the welding data storage section 1 is read out and displayed. read out. Therefore, once the welding conditions have been registered in the output data storage section, by pressing the setting item switching command switch 21 again, this data can be read out and necessary corrections can be made. Therefore, when setting the welding conditions, the standard welding conditions are determined by using the changeover switch 25 as the standard, and stored in the output data storage section 3, and then the data is read out again and necessary corrections are made. Setting conditions becomes extremely easy. Further, when the welding conditions corrected in this way yield better results than the welding conditions previously stored in the welding data storage section 1, the contents stored in the welding data storage section 1 are corrected accordingly. If a correction key switch for
can be accumulated. Note that the welding data storage unit is not limited to storing all welding conditions, but can also be used for conditions where there are few opportunities to change settings, such as conditions for crater treatment in arc welding, using a conventional variable resistor. good. In addition, the setting item switching command switch 2 of the operation unit 2
1. Each time the welding condition data changeover command switch 22 is pressed, it issues a command to read the next memory content, but when checking the welding conditions or modifying only a part of them, these switches must be pressed many times. Instead, the operation of the central control unit 6 is controlled so that inputs from these switches are monitored and if these switches are held down for a certain period of time, it automatically repeatedly generates a signal instructing an item change or a data change. Once determined, reading and modification becomes easy. Note that in the above explanation, the display section 4 is
Although the explanation has been made assuming that the read setting items and welding condition data are displayed, in reality, there are various operations that the operator must perform when setting the welding conditions, in the preparation stage, or during welding, and these many operations are necessary. It is necessary for the worker to memorize all the steps before starting the work. In addition, even when operating according to the regular procedures, if the device becomes unable to operate due to some kind of accident or non-conformity of setting values, that is, an error occurs, work must be carried out according to the specific procedures established to recover. Error recovery is possible only by following this procedure. Therefore, a welding data storage section 1 or a separate storage section is provided to store messages informing these operating procedures, and when necessary, these messages are read out by commands from the central processing section 6 and displayed on the display section 4. If the information is displayed in text format, even unskilled users can easily use the welding equipment. In the above explanation, the case where the application is applied to arc welding has been explained, but the present invention is not limited to arc welding, but can also be applied to other welding methods such as electron beam welding, laser welding, resistance welding, etc. Needless to say, it can be applied depending on the situation. Effects of the Invention As described above, in the present invention, the welding conditions are switched by the item changeover command switch and the welding condition data changeover command switch, and the welding conditions are sequentially read out from the welding data storage section in which welding conditions are stored in advance, and an appropriate value is set. is registered and stored as output setting data, and this data is used to give an output command signal to the welding machine main body, making it possible to provide an extremely large number of setting items and data, and also to For the combination of welding conditions, the appropriate values for the conditions of the items selected earlier are read out first, so
When setting welding conditions, the work is much easier than with conventional equipment, which requires bringing a complicated welding condition table to the welding site and inputting it one point at a time. Moreover, when the welding condition data obtained in this way is corrected based on actual welding results and re-stored, a self-learning function is provided to sequentially correct the contents of the welding data storage section to data suitable for actual welding. This makes it possible to set more accurate welding condition data. In addition, these welding condition data can be easily read out even after welding has been performed, so if you connect a printer and print them out, you can use them later as materials for examining welding conditions and assuring the quality of welded products.
