- 起振源を有する機械装置を取り付ける取付架台
と、この取り付け架台を支持する据付架台と、上
記取付架台と上記据付架台間に両端が球面継手で
支持され球面継手間には積層型圧電素子を介装さ
れた連結機構を３個以上設けたことを特徴とする
能動防振アクチユエータ装置。
