    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 回転ハンドル１の中心の固定軸２に回転自由に
    軸支したカラー３に目盛板４を設けた重錘５を回
    動自由に備えるとともに該カラーの先端に指針６
    を固定し、歯数を異にした一対の従動歯車７，８
    を隣接して一方の歯車７をカラー３に、かつ他方
    の歯車８を前記重錘５に固定し、前記ハンドル１
    の固定軸２の偏心位置に設けた固定軸９に回転自
    由に備えた駆動歯車１０を前記従動歯車７，８に
    噛合わせた差動歯車機構Ａを介してハンドル１の
    回転数を目盛板４に指針の差動で支持するように
    した目盛付ハドル装置。
