Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a lightweight and excellent incombustible flooring by placing inorganic foam blocks on a base member of synthetic resin in parallel to form a wiring slot, putting the lid of a light metal plate thereon, and coating the surface of the lid with a finish flooring. CONSTITUTION:A floor panel is constituted of a base member 1, inorganic foam blocks 2, a wiring slot 3 formed in a space between blocks 2 and a finish flooring through a reinforced plate 5, lid 6 and non-slip 7 on the surface of the blocks 2. After that, the foaming aluminum blocks 2 having about 10cm of a side in length and about 5cm in height are placed on the base member 1 having PVC and calcium carbide as main ingredients in parallel to form the wiring slot 3 with about 50cm in width. The wiring slot 3 is covered with the reinforced plate 5 and lid 6 of stainless steel having about 2.3mm in thickness, and carpet tiles lining with PVC are arranged on the surface of the lid. According to the constitution, an excellent incombustible flooring can be obtained.
