該片側案内板と下流側で交差する整列コンベア面
を低くしたことを特徴とする容器の整列方法であ
る。個々の整列コンベアは隣接して設けられてい
るので通常隣り合う整列コンベアは1個のコンベ
アレールで支持されている。第5図に示すように
隣り合うコンベアを支持している従来のコンベア
レールの表面は水平である。第1〜2図に示すよ
うにコンベアレール表面に段差を設ければ必然的
に個々の整列コンベア面に段差を生ぜしめること
ができる。このようにして個々の整列コンベア面
に段差を設ければよい。この段差は0.1mm以上あ
れば効果があるが、あまり大きな段差にすれば逆
に容器を倒す原因ともなるので1.0mm以下にすべ
きであり好ましくは0.3〜1.0mmである。またすべ
ての整列コンベアに段差を設ける必要はなくコン
ベアの上流側よりみて、片側案内板と先に交差す
る3〜5個の整列コンベアに上記程度の段差を設
ければ充分である。またコンベアレールが長さ約
30〜50cm程度のコンベアレールを継ぎ合せた状態
である場合は、全コンベアレールに段差を設ける
必要はなく、容器が集中するコンベアの上流側よ
りみて、片側案内板と先に交差する部分のコンベ
アレール構成片のみに段差を設けてもよい。

あるので図面には現わされていない。図において

度が異なつているコンベア5〜11よりなつてい

供給コンベア1の側部にある容器囲い、14は片
