選択的に挿通可能な複数の可撓性挿入部の先端に
静脈弁切開用刃部または刃部以外の頭部によつて
形成される複数種類の先端チツプがそれぞれ固定
された複数種類の交換部材と、選択された適宜の
交換部材の可撓性挿入部を前記外筒管内に挿通し
、前記先端チツプを露出させた状態で前記交換部
材の基端部を前記把持部の取付け孔内で着脱自在
に固定保持する固定手段とを具備したことを特徴
