- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 結合される複数の共振器を有するフイルタで
あつて、 前記共振器に設けられる金属箔を含み、 前記金属箔を曲げることによつて、前記共振器
間の結合度合が変わるようにした、フイルタ。 ２ 前記金属箔に切込部を形成した、実用新案登
録請求の範囲第１項記載のフイルタ。 ３ 前記共振器間に設けられる仕切板、 前記仕切板の一方主面に固着される第１の金属
板、および 前記仕切板の他方主面および前記第１の金属板
に固着されかつ前記第１の金属板と熱膨張係数の
異なる第２の金属板を含む、実用新案登録請求の
範囲第１項または第２項記載のフイルタ。
