    圧ＶＩＬを入力とする第２のバツフア回路１Ｂと
    、第２の定電流源２Ｂと、第２の定電流源２Ｂの
    出力に接続される第２のバツフア回路１Ｂの帰還
    電圧１Ｆと第２の抵抗器３Ｂと、第１のバツフア
    回路１Ａの出力と第１の抵抗器３Ａを第１の端子
    ４Ｋに接続され、第２のバツフア回路１Ｂの出力
    と第２の抵抗器３Ｂを端子４Ｍに接続され、第１
    の入力端子４Ａと第２の入力端子４Ｂに交互に論
    理信号の高レベルと低レベルを供給されるパルス
    発生回路４とで構成されるパルス発生器において
