Claims (1)
- ブレーキ装置2に通じる出力室41、ならびに
連通・遮断を切換可能な切換弁手段5を介して制
御液圧源17およびリザーバ20に接続される制
御室27が制御ピストン28の両端面を臨ませて
ハウジング9内に形成され、マスタシリンダ1に
通じてハウジング9内に形成される入力室45と
前記出力室41との間には、制御ピストン28の
制御室27側への移動に応じて閉弁作動するカツ
ト弁46が介設される制動液圧制御装置において
、ハウジング9には、大径孔部10aに段部10
cを介して小径孔部10bが同軸に連なつて成る
摺動孔10が設けられ、該摺動孔10には、大径
孔部10aに摺接する大径部14aおよび小径孔
部10bに摺接する小径部14bを有するスリー
ブ14がその大径部端面を出力室41に臨ませる
とともに制御液圧源17に通じるパイロツト室1
5を前記段部10cとの間に画成しながら摺動自
在に嵌合され、該スリーブ14には、一端を前記
出力室41に臨ませるとともにスリーブ14との
間に画成した制御室27に他端を臨ませた制御ピ
ストン28が摺動自在に嵌合され、制御室27お
よび切換弁手段5間には前記パイロツト室15の
容積を収縮する側へのスリーブ14の移動に応じ
て閉弁するロツク弁30が介設され、入力室45
および出力室41間に介設されるカツト弁46は
、弁孔47を有して一端を前記スリーブ14の大
径部端面に当接させながら入力室45および出力
室41に両端を臨ませてハウジング9内に軸方向
移動可能に配置される弁座部材48と、前記弁孔
47の入力室45側開口端を囲繞して弁座部材4
8に設けられる弁座49への着座を可能として入
力室45側に配置されるとともに弁座49への着
座方向にばね付勢される弁体50と、該弁体50
の着座方向への最大移動量を前記スリーブ14の
パイロツト室15の容積を収縮する側への移動に
応じて許容される弁座部材48の最大移動時に弁
体50が弁座49から離反する位置に規制すべく
ハウジング9に固定的に配設されるストツパ52
とを備えることを特徴とする制動液圧制御装置。
