【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 複数のクランプスプリングをホーンパツド下面
の取付部材に取付け、ステアリングホイール側に
装着する押圧式ホーンパツドの取付構造に於て、
前記クランプスプリングのうちの１個又は２個の
ものは取付部に対し直角に折曲げた脚片と、該脚
片から外向き上方にく字形に折曲げた係止部と、
該係止部の上部にほゞ水平内向に折曲げた水平段
部と、水平段部の中央端部から直角上方に立上る
立上り片とよりなり、又前記ステアリングホイー
ル側には前記脚片及び係止部を挿通可能な長方形
の穴と前記立上り片が係合する小穴とからなる凸
型溝が設けられており、前記クランプスプリング
の水平段部を、ステアリングホイールの取付部の
下面に当接させ、クランプスプリングの立上り片
を取付部に設けた前記小穴の内側面と係合させて
取付けるようにしたことを特徴とするステアリン
グホイールへのホーンパツド取付構造。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 平鋼スプリング材をプレス加工した複数のクラ
    ンプスプリングをホーンパツド下面の取付部材に
    取付け、ステアリングホイール側に装着する押圧
    式ホーンパツドの取付構造に於て、前記クランプ
    スプリングは取付部に対し直角に折曲げた脚片と
    、該脚片から外向き上方にく字形に折曲げた係止
    部と、該係止部の上部に水平内向に折曲げた水平
    段部と、水平段部の中央端部から直角上方に立上
    る立上り片とよりなり、又前記ステアリングホイ
    ール側には前記脚片及び係止部を挿通可能な長方
    形の穴と前記立上り片が係合する小穴とからなる
    凸型溝が設けられており、前記クランプスプリン
    グの水平段部を、ステアリングホイールのアーム
    の下面に当接させ、クランプスプリングの立上り
    片をアームに設けた前記小穴の内側面と係合させ
    て取付けたことを特徴とするステアリングホイー
    ルへのホーンパツド取付構造。
