部とを溶接して蒸発器とアキユムレータとを連結
した構造において、インナーパイプの上記溶接部
に面した部分を非凸部とし、上記開口の先端面と
冷媒流通管の上記端部の先端面とを突合せ溶接し
、インナーパイプの他の部分にてインナーパイプ
をアキユムレータ本体又は冷媒流通管に固定した
ことを特徴とする蒸発器とアキユムレータの連結
構造。 (2) アルミニウム製アキユムレータ本体内に筒
状の一開口を通してアルミニウム製インナーパイ
プを挿入し、インナーパイプの端部先端を上記開
口の先端から僅かに突出させ、長さ方向の略中央
に外向き凸部を有するステンレス鋼製裏当て用パ
イプの一端部を上記外向き凸部の部分までインナ
ーパイプの上記端部に挿入し、蒸発器の冷媒流通
管の端部をステンレス鋼製裏当て用パイプの他端
部に上記外向き凸部の部分まで嵌め被せ、アキユ
ムレータ本体の上記開口の先端周縁部とインナー
パイプの上記端部の先端周縁部と冷媒流通管の上
記端部の先端周縁部とを溶接したことを特徴とす
