[Detailed Description of the Invention] <Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hollow chiyocollate molded product, in particular, using two half-split hollow molds each having an open opening and a separator mold for these two molds. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a hollow molded product, in which half halves of hollow tyokolate remaining in two molds after removal of a separator mold are joined together.

<Prior art> Various types of Chiyokolate hollow molded products are currently on the market, but it is difficult to use Chiyokolate when, for example, a prize is enclosed in a hollow molded product by using two hollow molding molds. When joining each half, the molded product may be destroyed or deformed due to insufficient melting of the joined parts,
The product was unsatisfactory. To do this, in the past, it was necessary to pour a fluidized thiokolate material into two molds, cut them in half, and then attach another fluidized thiokolate material to the cut parts to make a new thiokolate material. Moreover, the work process becomes complicated, and since different materials are used, the joints cannot necessarily be said to be sufficient.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a method for molding half-split thiokolate into a hollow thiyocolate product by more firmly joining the joint portions of each half. Another object of the present invention is to improve the yield by strengthening the joint and thereby reducing the formation of defective products due to deformation or splitting at the joint site. Another object of the present invention is to make it possible to use the conventional half-split hollow mold as is, and to obtain a wide variety of decorative hollow molded products by simply adding a simple separator. This is how it was done.

<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention has been made to achieve the above object, and the gist thereof is to provide a first
The remaining part of the first hollow mold includes a hollow mold, a separator mold in which the openings of the mold are provided with substantially identical notch holes, and the openings are provided with substantially uniform openings. a second hollow mold; first, a first step of pouring the thiokolate material in a fluid state into the overlapping opening of the first hollow mold and the notch of the separator mold; Next, the opening of the second hollow mold is aligned with the opening of the second hollow mold to polymerize the entire body into a hollow shape, and the first and second hollow molds are combined into a separator in a cooling atmosphere. The second process involves microcrystallizing the fluidized thiokolate material in the mold while rotating the mold back and forth and left and right to mold it into a hollow shape.
Further, by separating the first hollow mold, the separator mold, and the second hollow mold, and then removing the separator mold from the first hollow mold, the first hollow mold is , a third step of dividing the hollow thiokolate into a half-crack that protrudes by the thickness of the separator mold and remains in the mold, and a half-crack of the hollow thiokolate that remains in the mold of the second hollow mold; , the first or second according to this division
The fourth step is to insert a fancy prize such as a toy or food into one of the hollow halves remaining in the hollow mold.
Furthermore, after melting the protrusion using heating means such as a heater, the first hollow mold and the second hollow mold are brought into alignment, so that the melted thiokolate material melts the second hollow mold. A fifth step of joining the half-split thiokolate materials of the first and second hollow molds and curing the same.

<Example> In the present invention, brown thiyocolate or white thiyocolate are blended with appropriate amounts of cocoa butter, sugar, and powdered milk as the thiyocolate raw material for forming hollow thiyocolate products, and natural flavorings such as vanilla are added as necessary. Or other synthetic fragrances, lecithin, kephalin, lysolecithin, etc. as emulsifiers are added. Furthermore, sucrose fatty acid ester can be added to refine and homogenize the stable crystals of cacao verta. After blending the thiokolate raw materials, they are mixed and kneaded, subjected to a fine treatment using a finishing roll, and then subjected to known processing steps such as conching and tempering.

In the present invention, a thiokolate material in a fluid state is prepared in advance by the above-mentioned known technique. Therefore, a separator mold 4 having a cutout hole 3 identical to the opening 1 is laminated onto a first hollow mold 2 having a partially semicircular opening 1 (FIG. 1). Next, in this polymerized semicircle, the thiokolate material prepared after the tempering treatment in a fluid state at a temperature of 20°C is placed into a hollow molded product with a diameter of approximately 1 mm.
Scrape the pouring mold surface in a semicircle to a thickness of (Figure 2). In this way, the opening 5 of the second thiokolate mold 6 is aligned with the cutout hole 3 of the separator mold 4, and the whole is polymerized into a hollow shape (FIG. 3).

In this way, the first and second molds and the hollow forming molds 2 and 6 in which the thiokolate material is placed in the hollow are formed.
means 4°C to 7°C by the rotating machine 20 shown in Fig. 9.
Under a cooling atmosphere such as a cooling room, it slowly rotates back and forth and left and right. In this case, during the process of cooling the tyokolate material and progressing microcrystallization, the mold can be rotated while vibrating with a separately provided vibrator to prevent the mold from becoming loose due to microcrystallization (FIG. 3).

Next, before the thiokolate material is completely hardened by the cooling and rotation, the first hollow mold 2 and separator mold 4 are separated from the second hollow mold 6 to form a circular shape inside the hollow. The semi-cured Chuyucoat material is also cut in half (Figure 4).
Furthermore, by removing the separator mold 4 from the first hollow mold 2, the first hollow mold 2 has a half-split thiokolate material 7 corresponding to the thickness of the separator mold 4 at the open mouth 5 of this mold. A protrusion is provided in the mold 2 to remain in the mold 2 (FIG. 5). If necessary, a fancy prize such as a toy, food, decoration, etc. may be placed in either the first or second hollow mold formed by this division (FIG. 6). A part of the protruding part of the first type of thiokolate material 7 thus formed is melted by a heating means (arrow) such as a heater, hot air, or light (Fig. 7). By matching the hollow mold and the second hollow mold, the half-split tyokolate materials of the first and second hollow molds are joined at the protrusion (FIG. 8). Chiyocolate material 7 joined in this way
The hollow thiokolate product 30 can be manufactured by releasing the first and second molds.

As shown in FIG. 9, the rotating machine 20 rotates so that the tyokolate material is dispersed in all directions.
For example, as shown in the accompanying drawings, a second rotating shaft 13 protruding perpendicularly to the central axis 12 of the drum 11 is attached to the drum 11, and the second rotating shaft 1
Place the mold 10 on the tip of the drum 3, rotate the drum 11 about the central axis 12 in the direction of the arrow, and
The rotating shaft 13 is also rotated in the direction of the arrow. In this rotation and vibration process, the thiokolate material forming the hollow thiokolate molded product and the thiokolate material in the process of microcrystallization are cooled together.
