Description

【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

〔技術の分野〕 本発明は、洗浄剤組成物に関する。更に詳しく
は、海苔乾燥機用スポンジ用の洗浄剤組成物に関
する。 〔従来の技術〕 海苔は、日本古来の海産物の一つであり、特
に、乾海苔は天然の素材である芦、熊笹の莖など
を編組した海苔簀を用いてスラリー状の海苔を漉
き、つづいて天日乾燥する方法が採られていた。
しかし、近年に至つて海苔の養殖技術の向上に伴
い、海苔の生産量が飛躍的に増加したことから、
海苔乾燥機を用いて迅速に大量に乾海苔製造のた
めの自動乾燥工程を行うようになつた。また、こ
のような機械乾燥機に適用される海苔簀も前述の
天然素材に代えて合成樹脂製棒状体を編組したも
のが用いられるようになつた。 上述の自動乾燥工程は、つぎのように実施され
る。すなわち、海苔簀上で漉かれた未乾燥板海苔
は、該海苔簀と共に50〜60℃に加熱されたトンネ
ル状の海苔乾燥機本体内に連続的に送入される以
前に、乾燥速度の向上と乾海苔の乾燥後の外観を
向上させるために、該乾燥機入口に於て、上下か
ら脱水用スポンジで軽く押圧して脱水される。 このようにして未乾燥乾海苔からの吸水を繰り
返した脱水用スポンジは、水分のみならず、海苔
汁(註.水と懸濁状の海苔微粉)、海苔滓(註.
海苔の小片)若しくは他の異物をも同時に吸い取
るため、単に水分を圧搾除去するだけでは該スポ
ンジの目詰りが進行する。そしてこのように目詰
りしたスポンジの使用を続行すると、乾海苔の乾
燥ムラ、表面の仕上り不良(外観不良)等が発生
し、乾海苔製品の品質が低下する。 因に、このような脱水用スポンジの材質は、ポ
リウレタン若しくはポリビニルホルマール等の連
続気泡を有する発泡体である。 上述のような目詰りしたスポンジの再生(洗
浄)方法としては、従来、水若しくは中性洗剤ま
たは次亜塩素酸ナトリウムを溶解した水を用いて
該スポンジをもみ洗いし、更にその表面をこすり
つつ洗う方法がとられていた。 しかし、洗浄剤としての水は洗浄力不十分であ
り、中性洗剤溶液は洗浄力はあるが、海苔滓その
他の異物などを分解して目詰りを解消する力が不
足し、逆に次亜塩素酸ナトリウム溶液は、海苔滓
などの分解力はあるが、深部の洗浄力に乏しく、
さらに乾燥機器に対し腐蝕性を有する点で好まし
くない。目詰まりスポンジ洗浄用水の洗浄剤とし
ては、さらに次の二点が要求される。すなわち、
未乾燥乾海苔から除去される水分は冬期の海水で
あり、スポンジ洗浄用水も同様の環境で使用され
るものであることから、5℃程度の水温で所要濃
度まで容易に溶解するものであること、ならびに
乾海苔が食品であることから毒性のないものであ
ることである。 〔発明の目的〕 本発明者等は目詰りスポンジ洗浄用水の洗浄剤
に係る以上の技術問題につき鋭意研究を行つた。
その結果、該洗浄剤として炭酸ナトリウム・過酸
化水素化合物(Sodium Per Carbonate,
2Na2CO3・3H2O2以下SPCということがある)
と界面活性剤を組合わせた組成物を使用すると前
述の諸問題が凡て解消されることを知つて本発明
を完成した。 以上の記述から明らかなように、本発明の目的
は新規な海苔乾燥用スポンジ用洗浄剤組成物を提
供することである。他の目的は、該組成物水溶液
を用いる該スポンジの洗浄法(目詰り除去)方法
を提供することである。その他の目的は以下の記
述から明らかにされる。 本発明は、下記(1)の主要構成と(2)ないし(3)の実
施態様的構成を有する。 (1) 炭酸ナトリウム・過酸化水素化合物ならびに
界面活性剤を有効成分とすることを特徴とする
海苔乾燥機用スポンジ用洗浄剤組成物。 (2) 界面活性剤としてオキシエチレンオキシプロ
ピレン共重合物、直鎖アルキルベンゼンスルホ
ネート、ソルビタンモノ脂肪酸エステル、アル
キルジメチルクロロベンジル・アンモニウム・
クロライド、アルキルフエノールポリオキシエ
チレンエーテル、若しくはグリセリン脂肪酸エ
ステルから選ばれた一以上の化合物を使用する
前記第1項に記載の組成物。 (3) 炭酸ナトリウム・過酸化水素化合物1〜99.9
重量%および界面活性剤0.1〜99重量%からな
る前記第1項に記載の組成物。 本発明の構成と効果につき以下に詳述する。 本発明の組成物の主要構成々分である炭酸ナト
リウム・過酸化水素化合物は、工業的にはソーダ
灰と過酸化水素を反応させて得られる化合物(通
称:過炭酸ソーダ)であり、従来の用途は漂白剤
である。 その溶解度(g/水100g)は、12/5℃、14/20
℃であるので、本発明の目的には十分な溶解度を
有する。 本発明の組成物中におけるSPCの使用割合は限
定されないが、SPCと界面活性剤の合計量に対し
て重量比で1〜99.9%、好ましくは10〜95%であ
る。 界面活性剤との混合は、予め行うこともできる
が、水に溶解する際に若しくは水中で行うことが
好ましい。本発明に係る目詰りスポンジ洗浄用水
中のSPCの濃度は、限定されないが、0.1〜10重
量%、好ましくは0.5〜5重量%である。0.1重量
%未満では目詰り解消の効果に乏しく、10重量%
を超えて使用しても格別の効果の向上がないので
不経済である。 本発明の組成物の他の有効成分である界面活性
剤としては、上述の目詰りスポンジ内部への浸透
力と海苔懸濁物に対する分散力ないし可溶化力を
有し、毒性の少ないものから選択される。機能的
には、アニオン系、カチオン系、両性系ならびに
非イオン系のいづれも使用できる。 本発明の組成物中における該界面活性剤の使用
割合も限定されない。しかし、通常SPCと該界面
活性剤との合計量に対して重量比で0.1〜99.9%、
好ましくは0.5〜20%である。SPCとの混合方法
は、前述のとおりである。本発明に係る目詰りス
ポンジ洗浄用水中の界面活性剤の濃度は限定され
ないが、0.01〜10重量%、好ましくは0.05〜5重
量%である。0.01重量%未満では目詰りの解消の
効果に乏しく、10重量%を超えて使用しても格別
の効果の向上がないので不経済である。 本発明に好ましく使用できる界面活性剤の具体
例としては、例えばオキシエチレンオキシプロピ
レン共重合物(プルロニツク系)、直鎖アルキル
ベンゼンスルホネート、ソルビタンモノ脂肪酸エ
ステル、アルキル・ジメチルクロロベンジル・ア
ンモニウム・クロライド、アルキルフエノールポ
リオキシエチレンエーテル、グリセリン脂肪酸エ
ステル等を挙げることができる。これらの界面活
性剤は、次に述べるSPCとの併用の効果、すなわ
り相乗効果を阻害しない限り、二種以上を混合使
用してもよい。 該活性剤と前述のSPCとの混合は、直接に行う
こともできるが、好ましくは、該混合後使用前の
期間中におけるSPCの分解を防止するために予め
適量の炭酸ナトリウム若しくは酸性炭酸ナトリウ
ム等と混合した後にSPCと混合することができ、
このような組成物であつても本発明品の効果には
差異がない。 本発明の組成物の特徴的効果は、SPCと界面活
性剤の併用により、該組成物を用いた洗浄用水の
洗浄力が従来のものより飛躍的に向上することで
ある。 そのため、従来の洗浄剤による洗浄力では、脱
水用スポンジの海苔乾燥機への連続使用は、目詰
り後の完全洗浄(目詰りの解消)を条件とすると
1〜3日が限度であつたが、本発明品の使用を前
提とすると1週間以上2週間程度若しくはそれ以
上の連続使用に耐える。以上の事実は単にスポン
ジの洗浄回数の減少による労力節約に止まらず、
該スポンジの耐用期間の延長ならびに未乾燥海苔
(海苔簀上)の脱水率の向上、ひいては乾燥速度
の向上にまで寄与している。 以下実施例によつて本発明を説明する。 実施例1〜3,比較例1〜5 表の成分のものの2%溶液を作り、1週間連
続使用したビニロンスポンジを10時間5〜10℃で
浸漬後、良く水洗いし外観及び切断した内部の洗
浄程度を観察した。
