Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent an optical axis from being out of position even with vibration generated when a vehicle moves by disposing near the pivot junction position of a reflector a driving unit for driving a filter. CONSTITUTION:A driving unit 28 for driving a filter 21 is provided with a motor 29 and the like and has predetermined weight. Because the driving unit 28 is disposed near under a pivot 15, the load of the driving unit 28 is mainly exerted on the pivot shaft 15 and a reflector 14 is not acted upon by great rotary moment produced about the pivot shaft 15. The reflector 14 will not therefore be moved with the weight of the driving unit 28 by vibration, etc., generated when a vehicle moves, and an optical axis is prevented from being out of position.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in such conventional devices, drive units having drive sources such as motors are overlapped to some extent, so as in the above conventional example, so-called reflex movable If the optical axis is adjusted by moving the entire headlamp, even if the drive unit is installed in the reflector 1, the reflector 1 may move while the vehicle is running. However, in so-called movable reflectors, the reflector is movable relative to a housing fixed to the vehicle body, so it is necessary to install a drive unit for heavy objects on the second reflector, and vibrations when the vehicle is running are reduced. etc.,
This reflector may move relative to the housing, causing the optical axis to shift.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional problems, and includes a reflector having a valve that is pivotally connected and movably arranged in a housing, and whose position can be adjusted. In an automobile headlamp in which the optical axis position can be adjusted by moving a reflector around a pivot coupling position by operating a means, a filter for discoloring light from a bulb is movably disposed within the reflector. , the drive unit for driving the filter is a variable color headlamp for an automobile disposed near the pivot coupling position of the reflector. Since the drive unit is located near the pivot shaft that supports the reflector, the load of this drive unit can be supported by the pivot shaft, so a large rotational moment is applied around this pivot shaft. Therefore, even if vehicle vibration occurs, the reflector does not move, and the optical axis can be prevented from shifting.
