Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ベースフイルム上に、半導体チツプと接続され
た接続パターン層が設けられ、この接続パターン
層は複数の接続端子が並設された接続端子部を有
し、この接続端子部の各接続端子は、ベースフイ
ルムに形成されて上記の各接続端子の並設方向に
延びる接続穴上に、接続穴における幅方向の両側
へ架け渡すように形成され、上記の各接続端子が
、ベースフイルムの接続穴を通じて、ベースフイ
ルムの接続パターン層側とは反対側に配されたプ
リント配線基板と接続されるフイルムキヤリア化
半導体装置において、 上記の接続パターン層の接続端子部における最
も外側の接続端子は、他の接続端子よりも広い幅
に形成され、接続穴における上記の接続端子の並
設方向の端縁部を覆うように形成され、かつ接続
穴と連通する開口部を有していることを特徴とす
るフイルムキヤリア化半導体装置。
