Claims (1)
- 上部に開口を有する天ぷら鍋の上記開口の周縁
にヒンジを設け、該ヒンジに枢着した蓋を起立位
置から上記開口を密閉する位置まで回動可能に設
け、上記蓋の内面に形状記憶合金の一端を固着し
、該形状記憶合金を含む蓋全体の重心位置が、蓋
起立位置においては上記ヒンジに対して上記開口
の反対側にあり、天ぷら油が燃焼する高温度にお
いて上記形状記憶合金が変形したときに、蓋全体
の重心が上記ヒンジに対して上記開口側に移動す
るように蓋全体の重心位置を設定したことを特徴
とする天ぷら鍋。
