For this reason, the most widely used method for obtaining architectural boards with natural stone patterns is to print on the surface of the base material, but it has the following drawbacks.
■製版及び印刷に時間と経費を要する。■ Plate making and printing require time and expense.
■天然石に見られる柄の変化がなく、画一的な柄表現し

■柄に変化をつけようとすれば版が多く必要である。■If you want to vary the pattern, you will need many plates.

■基材に凹凸(エンボス)を有するものはできない。■Items with unevenness (embossed) on the base material cannot be used.

In other words, to express the texture of natural stone or artificial stone, the surface is polished to obtain a mirror surface. In addition, color clear paint is used for the Y-tub coat to create depth, but when finishing the top coat of color clear paint to a mirror finish, the amount of cover (amount of top coat of color clear paint)
Even if the amount of polishing is constant, there will be variations in the amount of polishing during polishing.
The disadvantage is that the thickness of the top coat of the color clear paint changes, resulting in color differences in surface appearance.

The surface can be mirror-finished without changing the color, and color differences due to variations in the thickness of the color clear paint layer can be prevented.

On the surface of this substrate 1, a base coat 2 is formed using a concealing paint to form a coating film of the same color as the natural stone expressed. As a coating method for applying the base coat 2, roll coater 170-footer, spray coating, etc. may be used alone or in combination. The material for the base coat 2 is, for example, urethane enamel paint. Next, a pattern coat 3 is formed by applying a concealing paint onto the base coat 2 so as to form a pattern. A urethane-based enamel paint can be used as a paint for forming the handle 13. After applying the pattern coat 3 on the base coat 2 in this way, a color clear paint is applied on the pattern coat 3 to form a first top coat 4 in order to bring out the depth of natural stone. A colorless clear paint is applied to form a second top coat 5.

By applying the top coat 4 and the second top coat 5, which is a colorless clear paint, it has the effect of expressing a sense of depth.

By the way, when first top coat 4 or #IJ2) bulge coat 5 is applied, foreign matter may adhere to the surface or air bubbles may be mixed in at the time of painting, making it impossible to obtain a good appearance with just painting (and pattern coat 3). 12) There is a problem that minute irregularities are formed on the surface of the top coat 5, making it impossible to obtain a smooth surface obtained by polishing natural stone.9 To solve this problem, the surface of the W42 top coat 5 is polished and the second top foot is polished. By making the surface of 5 smooth, the sense of depth can be improved. In order to effectively produce the fA effect, it is more effective to increase the thickness of the first top coat 4 and the second top coat 5, and it is also possible to apply clear paint multiple times, and polishing the surface is better with colorless paint. Since the second top coat 15 is a clear paint, the thickness of the first top coat 4, which is a color clear paint, does not change and color difference on the surface can be prevented.

。[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention applies a base coat of a concealing paint to a substrate, then forms a pattern coat on the base coat, and forms a top coat of a clear paint on the pattern coat. Because of this, it is possible to obtain architectural boards that express natural stone, especially granite patterns, which are not uniform, which cannot be expressed using the printing method (moderate variations occur due to the pattern coating, and each pattern is slightly different). Of course, the surface of the clear paint top coat is polished to a mirror finish, which improves the surface smoothness and brings it closer to the polished appearance of natural stone, improving the appearance. Since the color clear paint forms the first top coat of the color clear paint, the color clear paint further increases the sense of depth due to the change in color. A second top coat of colorless clear paint is formed on top of the coat, and the surface of the second top coat is polished to a mirror finish, so that the first coat of color clear paint can be coated without polishing the PISL coat of color clear paint. It is possible to make the thickness of TOPKO uniform and prevent color differences, making it possible to more closely approximate the appearance of natural stone or artificial stone.
