本体内に押し込まれる押蓋と、矩形状本体の下部
側に着脱可能に装着される底蓋の３部品から成り
、上記矩形状本体は、一対の支持板と該一対の支
持板間に回動可能に支持される一対の可動板とを
備え、該一対の可動板の支持板に対する回動状態
により、内部に所定の成形空間を画成できる構成
となす一方、底蓋は、自身の一面側に、上記一対
の可動板の各自由下端部を個々に嵌合する２条の
保形凹溝を形成し、他面側に、一対の可動板の自
由下端部を重ね合わせ状態で嵌合する１条の保形
凹溝を形成したことを特徴とする食品成形器。 (2) 上記一対の可動板に、複数のスリツトを一
定の間隔をおいて対向する状態に形成したことを
