Claims (1)
- チツプ部品をノズルで吸着し、吸着状態をノズ
ル内圧を検知して吸着及び装着状態を判別するチ
ツプ部品搭載装置において、前記ノズルの内圧検
知手段は吸着及び装着の正常状態を示す検出点で
ある２値設定の圧力センサであり、各々の検出点
に関し、ノズルのタイミング動作に従つた切り換
えを行う制御回路を設け、チツプ部品の異常吸着
動作の判別を行うようにしたことを特徴とするチ
ツプ部品搭載装置。
