In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, in the present invention, intermediate storage tanks with approximately the same capacity are formed on both sides of a central storage tank formed in the center of the floating body, and further outer tanks with approximately the same capacity are formed on the outside of each intermediate storage tank. The storage tank is divided into sections, and these three types of central storage tank, each intermediate storage tank, and each outer storage tank are arbitrarily used as a jet fuel receiving tank, a static storage tank, and a discharge storage tank, and the intermediate storage tanks and each outer storage tank are arranged at the bottom, respectively. A jet fuel floating storage tank was constructed by connecting and communicating with the pipes.

Since the central storage tank is located at the center of the floating body, even if the amount of liquid changes due to liquid injection and drainage, the floating body remains horizontal and only the water depth changes.

The intermediate storage tank and the outer storage tank are also located symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal direction of the floating body, and each intermediate storage tank and the outer storage tank are communicated with each other, so that the liquid level is the same, and even if the liquid volume fluctuates, the floating body will not change. It simply floats and sinks while remaining horizontal.

If these three types of storage tanks are used as a receiving storage tank, a stationary storage tank, and a discharging storage tank for jet fuel, foundation work becomes unnecessary and the structure becomes compact.

After the jet fuel floating storage tanks 16 described above are constructed in a dock, they are towed, a plurality (in this embodiment, five sets) are arranged in parallel, and they are housed in a pool 17 with the four sides closed. The water in the pool 17 is communicated with the open sea 20 through a water pipe 18. As a result, the water level in the pool 17 can always be kept the same as the water level in the open sea 20. Each of the floating storage tanks 16 is moored to the ground. Furthermore, there is a mixed liquid storage tank 1 on the ground.
9 is installed close to the floating body storage tank 16.

When jet fuel oil is stored in the jet fuel floating storage tank 16 installed close to the airport as described above, the oil is pumped into the outer storage tank 7, which is the receiving storage tank 6, by the oil pump in the pump room 12. Since the outer storage tanks 7 are mutually connected through piping 9, the liquid level in each outer storage tank 7 gradually increases while maintaining the same liquid level, and storage is completed. Since the outer storage tanks 7 are arranged symmetrically, even if the amount of stored liquid increases, the liquid level remains the same as described above, so that it is balanced and does not tilt.

Next, the oil pump in the pump chamber 12 is used to transport fuel oil from the receiving tank 6 to the central storage tank 3, which is the stationary storage tank 2. in this case,
The liquid level in each outer storage tank 7 gradually decreases while remaining at the same level, and the liquid level in the central storage tank 3 gradually rises. However, since the central storage tank 3 is located in the center of the floating body 1, the floating body
balance is maintained.

Furthermore, when the supernatant liquid is sent from the stationary storage tank 2 to the left and right intermediate storage tanks 5, which are the payout storage tank 4, the same procedure as described above is carried out, and the left and right intermediate storage tanks 5 are also communicated with each other by piping 8. Moreover, since they are arranged symmetrically, the liquid height is at the same level and balance is maintained.

Similarly, when the supernatant liquid is discharged from the dispensing storage tank 4 to the mixed liquid storage tank 19 on land, even if the amount of stored liquid decreases, it decreases equally on both sides, so the floating body storage tank 16 is kept horizontal without tilting.
